1. The site

calasztuka.pl is a free calendar of cultural events in Warsaw. Event details are a guide – the organiser’s information is the one that counts.

2. Submitting events

By submitting, you confirm you may share the event information and, for photos, that you hold the rights and grant the site a free, non-exclusive licence to use them to promote the event. The editors may refuse a listing, shorten the text or correct the details.

3. Personal data

The email address and organiser name from the form are used only to contact you about the submission and are not published. A newsletter address is used only to send the newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data – write to redakcja@calasztuka.pl.

4. Cookies

The site does not use tracking cookies. The “Saved” list lives only in your browser (localStorage).

5. Content from other sites

Some event data is fetched automatically from public institutional calendars. A source owner can ask us to change or remove it at any time – see the note about the bot.
